If you are a Signal Provider and notice the "Not Available in App" flag on your created signal, it means your signal currently does not meet the necessary visibility criteria to be displayed in the public community list.
This article provides a comprehensive checklist of the requirements your signal must satisfy to be visible within the application, along with instructions on how you can still share your signal with investors in the meantime.
Visibility Requirements for Signal Providers
To remove the "Not Available in App" status and ensure your signal is visible in the public community categories and lists, you must satisfy all the conditions detailed below.
Account Verification Status
Your profile must be a fully verified account. This mandatory verification process includes the successful completion and approval of your economic profile alongside standard identity verification documents.
Closed Trade Volume
You must have at least one closed trade recorded on the signal. This requirement means that after the specific signal is successfully created, at least one trading position must be opened and subsequently closed. Open positions do not count toward this requirement.
Trading Activity Period
Your last trading activity must be within the last 30 days. This 30-day window includes weekends. If you do not execute or close a trade for more than 30 days, the signal will automatically be flagged as inactive and hidden from the application.
Signal Lifetime Duration
The signal must be published and active for a minimum duration. Specifically, the signal must be published for at least 36 minutes, or the signal must be active for at least 36 minutes before it becomes eligible for public display.
Community Display Settings
The configuration for your signal must explicitly allow public visibility. In your settings, the option for "Display in Community" must be set to "Yes".
Stop Out History
Only signals without any Stop Outs are permitted to appear in the community listings. If your signal experiences a single Stop Out event, it will permanently lose its eligibility to appear in public categories and the general list of all signals.
Total Return Threshold
The total return of your signal must be greater than negative 50 percent. If your trading activities result in a loss of 50 percent or more of your principal capital, the signal will be hidden from the signal community automatically.
Alternative Distribution via Direct Links
If your signal does not currently meet the requirements listed above and is hidden from the public community, you can still distribute it manually.
Signal Providers retain the ability to share their direct signal links at any time. You can copy your unique signal URL and send it directly to your investors. Investors who receive this link can access, review, and subscribe to your signal without issue, regardless of whether the signal is visible in the public application directory.
