  • Account changes are possible when your account has zero open positions

  • Our support team is ready to assist you with this process

  • You can initiate the change through two convenient methods:

    1. Click on the Livechat icon in the bottom right corner of our website for real-time assistance

    2. Send an email to [email protected] with your request

For a seamless transition, ensure you've closed all positions in your current account before requesting a change. Our team in the Client Portal will guide you through the process, helping you select the account type that best suits your current trading strategy and goals.
