If you are having trouble logging into the customer backend, there are a few things you can check to troubleshoot the issue.

First, make sure that you have entered the correct email address and password. If you have confirmed that your login credentials are correct, but you are still unable to access the customer backend, there may be another reason for the issue.

One common reason for not being able to log into the customer backend is that you had previously registered a trading account with no funds. After 90 days of inactivity, any trading account without funds will go into a dormant state. This means that the account is still active, but it cannot be accessed until it is reactivated.

To log into the customer backend, you need to have at least one active trading account. If you do not have an active trading account, you will not be able to access the customer backend. In this case, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Our team will be happy to help you create a new real trading account so that you can access the customer backend.

Once you have created a new trading account, you should be able to log into the customer backend normally.
