Updated over a week ago

When a signal provider becomes inactive, copying is automatically paused, and no subscription fee is charged during this time. If the subscriber has already paid for the month, they will not be charged again when they resume following the same provider. If the follower only paid for the period they actively followed before the provider became inactive, they will incur a charge when the provider is reactivated, up to the end of that month.

Additionally, if a follower has open positions based on the signal provider's signals and the provider goes inactive without closing or opening any positions, those open positions will not be automatically closed by the system. The follower must manually close them once the provider is marked as inactive, which usually occurs after a process lasting four weeks. During this time, followers will receive notifications if they hover over the leader's name in "My Portfolio."
