Primary support route: For account-specific questions, evidence or follow-up, sign in to the Client Portal and submit a ticket through Service Hub. Use Live Chat or email only when you cannot access the Service Hub or when this article specifically directs you to another official channel. Never send KYC documents, passwords or one-time codes by ordinary email or chat.
At FXTRADING.com, we prioritize the security of your trading account. To protect yourself from potential fraud, use only the official communication channels described below.
Official channels we use
Email: Legitimate communications come from email addresses ending with @fxtrading.com, such as [email protected].
MetaTrader platform: Messages may be delivered through the internal mailbox in your MetaTrader terminal.
Service Hub: After signing in to the Client Portal, open Service Hub directly from the left navigation menu. Select Create Ticket to submit a support request or Start Chat to begin official Live Chat.
Live Chat: Use Start Chat in the Service Hub or the official chat interface displayed on an FXTRADING.com website.
Platforms we never use for official support
Our Customer Support Team will never contact you through:
WeChat
Telegram
Facebook Messenger
Signal
Instagram
TikTok
ICQ
Yahoo Messenger
QQ
This is not an exhaustive list. If you receive a message through an unofficial channel, especially one containing links or requesting personal information, verify it through an official channel before responding.
Important security notice
An email from a domain other than @fxtrading.com is not an authentic FXTRADING.com communication, even if it contains our brand name. If you receive a suspicious message, forward it to [email protected].
If you believe you have been targeted by fraud, sign in to the Client Portal, open Service Hub, select Create Ticket, and choose Account and Security. If you cannot access the Client Portal, use official Live Chat for immediate account-access guidance.
