After successfully registering and completing the verification process for your FXTRADING.com account, you're ready to start your trading journey. Follow these straightforward steps to begin:
Where can I download the required app?
Sign in to the Client Portal. In the left navigation menu, select Service Hub, then open Download Center. Choose the required MT4, MT5 or FXTRADING.com app version for your device and follow the installation instructions shown.
Make Your First Deposit
The current USD activation thresholds are:
Standard account: USD 50
Standard Pro account: USD 100
Standard Plus account: USD 100
Raw Spread account: USD 50
For a trading account in another base currency, use the activation information shown for that account in the Client Portal. The payment method can also have its own transaction minimum; that is separate from the trading-account activation threshold.
For any account type not shown above, use the activation requirement displayed for that account in the Client Portal.
Step-by-Step Deposit Process:
Log in to your Client Portal
Navigate to the Deposit tab
Choose your preferred payment method from the available options
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your first deposit
Important Note: If you attempt to open a trading position before meeting the minimum deposit requirements, you'll receive a "Trade is Disabled" error message in the trading platform.
Select a Trading Platform
FXTRADING.com offers several trading platforms to suit your preferences and trading style:
FXTRADING.com Trade App: Download our dedicated mobile application and log in using your FXTRADING.com account credentials
FXTRADING.com Web Trader: Click on the grid icon(four small squares) at the right top in Client Portal, then select Web Trader from the dropdown menu.
MetaTrader Desktop Platforms: Download and install MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 on your desktop computer, then log in with your trading account credentials
MetaTrader Mobile Platforms: Install MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 on your mobile device and log in with your trading account credentials
Platform Compatibility Note: MT4 trading accounts are not compatible with the MT5 platform, and vice versa. Once created, a trading account's platform compatibility cannot be changed.
Add Your Preferred Trading Instruments
Customize your trading experience by adding your preferred instruments to your favorites list:
On FXTRADING.com Web Trader: Use the search bar to find instruments, then select them to display their charts
On FXTRADING.com Trade App: Go to the Trade tab and select instruments from the displayed list or use the search function
On MetaTrader Platforms: Add trading instruments to your Market Watch window for quick access
Available instruments include forex currency pairs, commodities, stocks, and indices.
Calculate Margin
Margin is the reserved amount required to open and maintain leveraged trading positions. Before placing trades, ensure you have sufficient funds in your account.

Check Trading Hours
