Creating or editing a fund is an administrative action. If the current Client Portal accepts it while a market is closed, that does not by itself place a trade, guarantee that an order will be accepted or filled, or activate an Investor subscription.
Check availability and market status
Fund creation and trading access depend on the FXTRADING.com entity, region, verification and account status, product availability, and the controls currently shown in the Client Portal. Use the current portal record; a previously available option does not guarantee that the same action is available now.
Trading sessions, breaks, holidays, and market status are specific to the exact symbol, account, platform, and server. Check the current instrument specification and Market Watch before submitting an order. Do not assume that every Forex, commodity, index, or cryptocurrency symbol follows one universal schedule.
Fund setup and orders are separate
Creating a fund does not itself create or queue trading orders. A Fund Manager must separately submit a valid market or pending order through the supported trading platform. Confirm the order appears in the current Orders or History record.
A market order submitted while its market is closed may wait for an available session, be rejected, or expire under the current server and order rules. A pending order waits for its specified trigger and validity conditions; reopening alone does not mean it will trigger or fill.
Market reopening does not guarantee execution or that every intended position will open. Acceptance and fills can depend on quotes, gaps, bid/ask spread, liquidity, order type, volume, fill policy, validity or expiry, available margin, price movement, platform or server status, and other current controls. The actual execution and order-status records control.
Valuation and performance
Do not treat a setup price or unfilled order as an executed position. Fund values and performance should be read from the current platform records after any actual deals, using the positions, prices, cash movements, fees, and other entries shown there. Prices may move between setup, order submission, trigger, and fill.
Investor subscriptions follow a separate lifecycle
A market reopening does not by itself approve, fund, complete, or activate an Investor subscription. The applicable invitation, verification, request, Fund Manager or configured automatic review outcome, approval, eligible funding, completion, and current subscription status determine the result.
Before relying on the result
Check the exact symbol's current session and specification, plus the account and platform shown in the Client Portal.
Check each order's live status and validity; do not infer a fill from market reopening.
Check the fund and subscription records separately from trading orders.
Describe current facts, fees, risks, and possible delays accurately to Investors without promising execution, activation, timing, or performance.
If the portal or records conflict, avoid repeated submissions. Use the current official secure support route and provide the fund ID, order ID, symbol, relevant time, status, and a non-sensitive screenshot if requested. Never provide a password or OTP.
