How do I access my performance fees?

Performance Fees earned from your Funds Management activities are automatically transferred to your Partner Wallet. From there, you can withdraw these earnings to your preferred payment method.


How do I withdraw my performance fees?

Follow these simple steps to withdraw your earned Performance Fees:

  1. Log into your Client Portal

  2. Click on "Withdrawal" in the main navigation menu

  3. Select your preferred payment method from the available options

  4. Choose your Partner Wallet as the source account

  5. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw

  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your withdrawal


Important Information

  • Performance Fees are calculated and paid according to your fund's billing period

  • Processing and delivery times depend on the current request, payment method, provider, receiving institution, local calendars and any required review. Check the current status, action message and displayed estimate in Transaction History. If the record fails, requires action, or is past its displayed estimate, contact Customer Support with the request reference and exact status. Do not submit a duplicate request while the existing record remains active.

  • Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may apply based on your payment method

  • Ensure your account is fully verified before requesting withdrawals

For account-specific help, sign in to the Client Portal, open Service Hub from the left navigation menu, select Create Ticket, and choose the category and issue that best match your request.
