What is FXTRADING.com's policy on external managed trading and profit-sharing arrangements?

Understand the boundary for off-platform, private or third-party arrangements and how it differs from FXTRADING.com’s native Social Trading and Funds Management Performance Fee.

This policy applies only to off-platform, private or third-party managed-trading, advisory, signal, profit-sharing or commission-based arrangements. It does not apply to FXTRADING.com’s native Social Trading or Funds Management Performance Fee, which may also be described as Profit Share.

External and private arrangements

Outside FXTRADING.com’s native products, FXTRADING.com does not provide or recommend private or third-party arrangements in which a customer’s account is managed, profits are shared, or commission is charged for trading decisions.

Trading advice and signals

FXTRADING.com itself does not provide personal trading advice or promise trading signals. An independent Signal Provider may publish a signal through the native Social Trading feature, but this does not mean FXTRADING.com recommends a strategy or makes trading decisions for the customer.

FXTRADING.com native-product exception

Within native Social Trading and Funds Management, eligible profit may generate a platform-defined Performance Fee paid to a Signal Provider or Fund Manager. Performance Fee and Profit Share describe the same fee concept in this context. The current range for both products is 0% to 50%, inclusive, and 0% means no Performance Fee is charged.

Key takeaways

Always use the rate and terms displayed in the native product and its canonical article. Do not use this policy to deny a native Performance Fee, and do not treat it as an endorsement of an external service.
