Quick Q&A, report generation and Deep Analysis use different numbers of Tokens. Check the current month's Service Deduction Rules before using a feature.

Check the current deduction rules
Sign in to Client Portal and select the FXT AI icon in the page header.
From the FXT AI main screen, select Current Subscription, then Subscription Center. If you are already in the Subscription Center, continue there; from another FXT AI page, use Back to return to the main screen first.
Expand Service Deduction Rules to see the amount charged per use for each listed feature.
The rules displayed apply to the current subscription month. Changes take effect the following month; check the displayed rules rather than assuming an earlier amount still applies.
When Tokens are deducted
A completed, valid AI action deducts the Token amount assigned to that feature.
FXT AI may reserve or pre-deduct Tokens while processing a request.
If the service fails and the result is not delivered, the reserved or pre-deducted Tokens are returned automatically.
Before submitting a request or generating a report, check that your remaining balance is sufficient for the applicable Token deduction.
