Scope: The functions shown in the Subscription Center can vary by plan, region, subscription state and account status.
Use the Subscription Center to manage and review your FXT AI subscription.
The labels below are from the English interface.
Sign in to the Client Portal and select the FXT AI icon at the top of the page.
On the FXT AI main screen, select Current Subscription, then Subscription Center. If the Subscription Center is already open, continue with the controls below. From another FXT AI page, use Back as needed to return to the main screen.
Select Usage Details to open Credits Usage Details. Use the month, service and record-type filters to review existing usage records.
Select Order History to open Order Details. Filter by order type and status, then select an existing order to view its details. Use Back or Back to Subscription Center to return.
Depending on your subscription status, you can view:
your current plan and subscription status;
remaining Tokens and the monthly Token allowance;
Token usage progress and available usage details;
the next Token reset time and subscription expiry date;
automatic renewal status;
subscription and order history;
available plan upgrades; and
renewal failure information and the manual renewal option when suspended.
Order history may show the following statuses:
Unpaid: the order was created but payment has not been completed, or a retry is pending.
Completed: payment succeeded, or a zero-value order was successfully activated.
Cancelled: the order will no longer be paid. It remains in history for reference.
Free and gifted subscriptions can appear as completed zero-value orders even though no funds were deducted from your Investment Wallet.
