Your FXT AI subscription status determines whether you can use the service and what action you need to take.

Your subscription is current. You can use FXT AI when your remaining Credit balance is sufficient for the selected feature.

Automatic renewal has been turned off. Cancellation does not immediately remove access: you can continue using the remaining Credits in the current subscription period until the displayed expiry date. The subscription then becomes expired.

The renewal payment was not completed, so FXT AI access is temporarily paused. Suspended does not mean that you cancelled the subscription or that the subscription simply expired. Add sufficient funds to your Investment Wallet and use the manual renewal option in the Subscription Center.

The subscription period has ended and no renewal was completed. To use FXT AI again, open the subscription page and place a new order.
