Use the Subscription Center to manage and review your FXT AI subscription.
Depending on your subscription status, you can view:
your current plan and subscription status;
remaining Credits and the monthly Credit allowance;
Credit usage progress and available usage details;
the next Credit reset time and subscription expiry date;
automatic renewal status;
subscription and order history;
available plan upgrades; and
renewal failure information and the manual renewal option when suspended.
Order history may show the following statuses:
Unpaid: the order was created but payment has not been completed, or a retry is pending.
Completed: payment succeeded, or a zero-value order was successfully activated.
Cancelled: the order will no longer be paid. It remains in history for reference.
Free and gifted subscriptions can appear as completed zero-value orders even though no funds were deducted from your Investment Wallet.
