Paid FXT AI subscriptions are charged to your Investment Wallet balance. Other payment methods are not currently supported for FXT AI subscription orders.
Investment Wallet deductions may apply to:
a first Pro or Ultra subscription;
automatic renewal;
manual renewal after a failed renewal;
the amount payable for an upgrade; and
a paid subscription or upgrade purchased through a discount offer.
Before confirming a paid order, check that your Investment Wallet has enough available balance for the amount shown.
Free plans, gifted subscriptions and other zero-value subscription orders do not deduct funds from your Investment Wallet. They may still appear in your order history as completed zero-value orders.
If you believe an incorrect amount was deducted, open your order history and note the order ID, amount and time. Contact the FXT Client Service Team with those details so the payment can be reviewed.
