- Why is my FXT AI subscription suspended, and how do I restore it?A suspended subscription means that a renewal payment was not completed. It does not mean that you cancelled the subscription or that it simply expired.

- Can I request a refund for an FXT AI subscription?Refunds are not supported for completed FXT AI subscription orders. Turning off automatic renewal stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current subscription period.
