Can I downgrade, switch to the same plan or change my billing period?

During an existing FXT AI subscription, the following changes are not currently supported:

  • downgrading to a lower plan;

  • switching to another option at the same plan level; or

  • changing the billing period for the current subscription.

Only eligible upgrades to a higher plan are supported during the current release.

If you do not want the current paid subscription to renew, turn off automatic renewal in the Subscription Center. You can continue using the current subscription until its expiry date. After it expires, review the plans and billing periods then available on the new subscription page and place a new order.

Turning off automatic renewal does not create a refund for the current period, and unused Credits do not carry over after expiry.
