To stop the next automatic renewal, open the Subscription Center and turn off automatic renewal for your paid subscription.
Turning off automatic renewal does not immediately remove your current access and does not create a refund. You can continue using FXT AI and any remaining Credits until the displayed expiry date. Unused Credits expire when the current subscription period ends.
After the expiry date:
the subscription status becomes expired;
no further automatic renewal payment is taken; and
you must place a new subscription order if you want to use FXT AI again.
There is currently no separate option to switch automatic renewal back on for the same plan after you have turned it off. If your cancelled subscription is still within its current period, an eligible upgrade restores automatic renewal. If it has already expired, subscribe again from the subscription page.
