- Why did my FXT AI Credits expire, reset or not carry over?FXT AI Credits are issued for a specific subscription month. Any Credits that remain unused at the end of that subscription month expire and do not carry over.

- How are FXT AI subscriptions billed and paid?Paid FXT AI subscriptions are charged to your Investment Wallet balance . Other payment methods are not currently supported for FXT AI subscription orders.
- How do FXT AI billing periods and automatic renewal work?The billing periods currently available for a paid plan are shown on the FXT AI subscription page.
- How do I cancel FXT AI or turn off automatic renewal?To stop the next automatic renewal, open the Subscription Center and turn off automatic renewal for your paid subscription.
- Why is my FXT AI subscription suspended, and how do I restore it?A suspended subscription means that a renewal payment was not completed. It does not mean that you cancelled the subscription or that it simply expired.
- How do I upgrade my FXT AI plan?You can upgrade to a higher FXT AI plan when an upgrade option is displayed in the Subscription Center .
- Can I downgrade, switch to the same plan or change my billing period?During an existing FXT AI subscription, the following changes are not currently supported:
- Can I request a refund for an FXT AI subscription?Refunds are not supported for completed FXT AI subscription orders. Turning off automatic renewal stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current subscription period.

- What should I do if FXT AI fails but Credits were deducted?FXT AI automatically returns reserved or pre-deducted Credits when a service request fails and no result is delivered. Manual Credit adjustments are not normally required.
