Offers may include:
Gifted subscription benefits: claim an eligible offer to receive the specified subscription benefit through a completed zero-value order.
Discount offers: select the offer to continue to the subscription or upgrade page with the eligible plan, billing period and discount applied.
Why an offer may be locked or unavailable
Offer availability can depend on the eligibility rules shown in the Activity Center, such as your account status or balance, current subscription, target plan, billing period, order type and the offer's validity period.
The Activity Center may show an offer as available to claim, locked until you meet a condition, already claimed, ended or unavailable for the selected order.
Important offer rules
Only one offer can be applied to an order.
A gift and a discount cannot be combined on the same order.
An offer cannot be claimed again after it has already been used.
Participation closes when the displayed offer period ends; there is no grace period.
The final discount and order amount shown before confirmation apply to the order.
