Refunds are not supported for completed FXT AI subscription orders. Turning off automatic renewal stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current subscription period.
You can continue using the current plan and remaining Credits until the displayed expiry date. Unused Credits expire at the end of the applicable subscription month and are not exchanged for cash.
If you believe that a payment was duplicated, taken for an order that did not complete, or caused by a technical error, contact the FXT Client Service Team. Provide your customer ID, order ID, payment amount and approximate transaction time so the issue can be investigated.
Nothing in this article limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Any exception must be assessed under the applicable terms and legal requirements.
