A suspended subscription means that a renewal payment was not completed. It does not mean that you cancelled the subscription or that it simply expired.
While the subscription is suspended, FXT AI is unavailable.
How to restore access
Check that your Investment Wallet has enough available balance for the renewal amount.
Open the Subscription Center.
Review the unpaid amount and the reason shown for the failed renewal.
Select the manual renewal option and follow the on-screen instructions.
The system also retries the payment automatically at 23:59:59 each day according to the client-facing system time. When payment succeeds, the subscription returns to active and the Credits for the new subscription month are issued.
If the payment continues to fail despite sufficient balance, contact the FXT Client Service Team with your customer ID and the relevant order ID. Do not submit multiple new subscription orders while the existing renewal is still being processed unless the on-screen instructions ask you to do so.
