If one or more toolbars are hidden, open View > Toolbars and select the toolbars you want to display.

How do I restore a hidden toolbar?
Select View at the top of the platform.
Select Toolbars.
Select the checkbox beside each toolbar you want to display.
How do I customize a toolbar?
Right-click a toolbar.
Select Customize....
Add or remove the buttons you want to use.
How do I reposition a toolbar?
Toolbars typically appear below the main menu, but you can move them within the platform window.
Select and hold the dotted handle at the left edge of the toolbar.
Drag the toolbar to your preferred location.
Release it to dock the toolbar in its new position.
