How PAMM Works

PAMM (Percentage Allocation Management Module) is a form of pooled money trading where investors allocate their capital to qualified traders/money managers. These managers trade using both their own capital and the pooled funds with the goal of generating profits.

FXTRADING.com uses the ECS (Equity Cash Share) Mechanism for PAMM allocation:

  1. Master account opens positions

  2. Temporary P&L is stored in the Master account during trading

  3. The system calculates Slave equity ratios when positions close

  4. Net P&L is distributed proportionally based on equity ratios

Equity Ratio Formula: Single Slave Equity Ratio = (Slave Equity ÷ Total Slave Equity) × 100%

Example:

  • Total equity: $10,000

  • Slave A: $6,000 → 60%

  • Slave B: $4,000 → 40%

If the Master account profits $2,000:

  • Slave A gains $1,200 (60% of profit)

  • Slave B gains $800 (40% of profit)

Note: The PAMM tab is only displayed if Social Trading is offered in your region.
