Checking the Status of Your Old Trading Account

Trading accounts at FXTRADING.com remain active unless specifically terminated (either at your request or by company decision). If your account was terminated, a notification would have been sent to your registered email address.

If You Remember Your Password

Simply attempt to log in to your Client Portal. If successful, your account is still active. If you receive an error message stating "No such login or password," this indicates your account may be inactive.

If You've Forgotten Your Password

Use the password reset function and enter your registered email address. If the system returns an "Incorrect email" error, this suggests your account is no longer active.
