  2. Go to the Profile tab

  3. Check your verification status and tap "Verify Now" or "Continue" if you've already started

  4. Tap "Verify" to receive an email verification code and follow the instructions

  5. Enter your phone number, choose how to receive the verification code, then tap "Send me a code"

  6. Enter the verification code and tap "Continue"

  7. Fill in your required personal information and tap "Continue"

  8. Complete your Financial Profile and tap "Continue"

  9. Verify your identity by:

    • Selecting your identity document's country of origin

    • Choosing your identity document type

    • Reviewing the document requirements

    • Tapping "Next"

  10. Upload your Proof of Identity (PoI) document following the file requirements, then tap "Submit Document"

  11. Upload your Proof of Address (PoA) document following the requirements, then tap "Submit Document"

Note: For China Mainland residents, both PoI and PoA verification can be completed using just the PoI document.

Your documents will be reviewed, and you'll be notified of their status. If any document is rejected, you may need to repeat the verification process.
