The labels and order of fields can vary by Partner Portal version. Follow the controls shown in your current withdrawal flow.
Can I submit another withdrawal while one is processing?
No. Only one Partner Wallet withdrawal request can be active at a time. Wait until the current request reaches a final status before submitting another withdrawal.
Do not cancel and resubmit repeatedly. Use a cancellation control only when it is displayed for the current request.
How long will the withdrawal take?
FXTRADING.com’s internal processing normally takes 1–3 business days after a withdrawal is accepted for processing.
For credit-card and wire-transfer withdrawals, Australian public holidays in Sydney extend the internal processing period.
After FXTRADING.com completes internal processing, a payment service provider (PSP), local bank-payment provider, receiving bank, card issuer, wallet or other third party may require another 1–3 business days. The provider uses its own local business calendar, and local public holidays, provider capacity, operating conditions, correspondent-bank handling or other delivery conditions can make receipt take longer.
These estimates do not include additional delay caused by compliance review or another exceptional review.
Monitor the current status and any action message in Transaction History. Do not submit a duplicate request while an earlier withdrawal remains active.
Which fees can apply?
Review the fee and resulting amount shown before confirming the request. A payment provider, bank, intermediary, currency-conversion service or blockchain network may apply a charge or deduction.
Do not rely on a general statement that every Partner withdrawal is free.
Why is a payout method missing?
A method can be unavailable because of your profile, region, verification status, currency, amount, payment history, provider maintenance or another transaction condition.
What do the withdrawal statuses mean?
The exact wording can vary by payout method and Partner Portal version.
Request received or awaiting review: The request is recorded but processing has not finished.
Action required: Open the record and complete the secure action shown.
Processing: FXTRADING.com or the payment provider is handling the request.
Approved or sent: The request can still be awaiting provider delivery.
Completed: Check the receiving account or wallet recorded for the transaction.
Rejected, failed or cancelled: Review the reason and confirm that the amount has become available in the Partner Wallet before submitting another request.
Returned or reversed: The receiving provider could not complete the payment or returned it. Wait for the return to be recorded before creating a replacement request.
What does automated processing mean?
Some eligible Partner Wallet withdrawals may pass through automated checks without manual handling, but automation does not guarantee immediate completion. Security review, payment-provider processing, banking hours, blockchain conditions, maintenance or incorrect payout details can still delay or prevent delivery. Use the status and estimate shown for the individual request.
