When submitting payout details in the Client Portal, each payment method has specific character and format restrictions. Following these guidelines will help you avoid submission errors.
Local Bank Requirements
Bank Account Number: 1-34 characters (only numbers and letters allowed)
Bank Name/Branch Name: 1-100 characters (allows all language characters, numbers, and special characters: space, comma, period, hyphen, apostrophe, slash, hash, parentheses)
Bank Address: 1-200 characters (allows all language characters, numbers, and special characters: space, comma, period, hyphen, apostrophe, slash, hash, parentheses)
International Bank Requirements
All bank information must be in English letters, numbers, and specified special characters
Account Holder's Full Name: 1-100 characters (only English letters and special characters: space, period, hyphen, apostrophe)
Account Holder's Address: 1-320 characters (only English letters, numbers, and special characters: space, comma, period, hyphen, apostrophe, slash, hash, parentheses)
Bank Account Number: 1-34 characters (only numbers and English letters)
Bank Name/Branch Name: 1-100 characters (only numbers, English letters, and special characters: space, comma, period, hyphen, apostrophe, slash, hash, parentheses)
Bank Address: 1-200 characters (only English letters, numbers, and special characters: space, comma, period, hyphen, apostrophe, slash)
BSB or SWIFT Code: 1-34 characters (only numbers and English letters) - this is required
IBAN: 1-34 characters (only numbers and English letters)
Note: You must choose either Bank Account Number OR IBAN (one will be disabled when the other is filled)
Crypto Wallet Requirements
Crypto Wallet Address: 1-42 characters (only numbers and English letters)
Alipay Account Requirements
Alipay Account: 1-255 characters (only English letters, numbers, and special characters: period, underscore, hyphen, @ symbol, plus sign)
