Account Restrictions During Compliance Review

When your account undergoes a compliance review, certain temporary restrictions are applied to ensure regulatory compliance and account security. Understanding these limitations will help you navigate the review process smoothly.

1. Verification Requirements (Mandatory Actions)

To complete the compliance review, you must provide:

  • Proof of Identity (PoI): Valid passport, national ID card, or driver's license

  • Liveness/Face Recognition: Real-time facial verification to confirm identity authenticity

  • Proof of Address (PoA): Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last 3 months

  • Source of Wealth/Funds Documentation: In enhanced reviews, you may need to provide evidence of the legitimate origin of your trading funds

2. Account Access and Information Update Restrictions

To protect account integrity during review:

  • Client Portal access: Login may be restricted, or you may only see a "Review in Progress" notification

  • Contact information: Changes to registered email, phone number, or residential address are temporarily disabled

  • Payment method details: Adding, removing, or modifying bank accounts, e-wallets, or cryptocurrency addresses is prohibited

  • Account closure: You cannot request account termination until the review is completed

3. Financial Operations Restrictions

All fund movements are temporarily suspended:

  • Deposits: New deposits through any payment method are disabled

  • Withdrawals and transfers: External withdrawals and internal transfers between accounts are frozen

  • Affiliate Rebates: If you're an Affiliate partner, Rebate settlements and withdrawals are temporarily on hold

  • Transaction history: Access to download complete trading reports or financial statements may be limited

4. Trading Activity and Risk Management

Trading capabilities are restricted to minimize risk exposure:

  • New positions: Your account may be set to "close-only" mode, allowing you to close existing positions but not open new ones

  • Leverage adjustments: Requests to modify account leverage are temporarily unavailable

  • Negative Balance Write Off: Automatic or manual negative balance protection processing is suspended during review

5. Business Expansion and Service Applications

All growth-related activities are paused:

  • New account creation: Opening additional sub-accounts, demo accounts, or Funds Management accounts is restricted

  • Trading Credits: Adding, removing, or converting Trading Credits to balance is prohibited

  • Promotional participation: Access to ongoing promotions, bonuses, loyalty programs, or trading competitions is suspended

  • Affiliate program updates: Creating new Affiliate links or modifying existing partnership structures is disabled

6. Technical and Third-Party Integration Restrictions

Advanced features are temporarily limited:

  • Copy trading system: You cannot act as a Signal Provider or subscribe to new Signal Providers as a follower

  • VPS services: New VPS applications or renewals may be temporarily unavailable
