Account availability depends on legal age and capacity, country or region, the FXTRADING.com entity providing the service, verification and current onboarding rules.
Minimum age
An individual applicant must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity required to enter into the applicable agreement. A higher age of majority can apply under local law.
Age eligibility beyond the minimum depends on applicable law, the FXTRADING.com entity and the current onboarding requirements. If an application requires an age-related review, follow the message displayed in the registration or verification flow.
Country and regional availability
FXTRADING.com does not offer accounts in every country or region.
Select your actual country of residence during registration and follow the availability result shown. Do not use a VPN, another person’s address or inaccurate information to bypass an unavailable country or entity.
New account registration is unavailable to applicants whose current country or territory of residence is one of the following locations:
United States of America (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and the District of Columbia) and U.S. territories:
American Samoa
Guam
Northern Mariana Islands
Puerto Rico
U.S. Virgin Islands
United States Minor Outlying Islands is the collective name for the following nine U.S. territories, not an additional territory:
Baker Island
Howland Island
Jarvis Island
Johnston Atoll
Kingman Reef
Midway Islands
Navassa Island
Palmyra Atoll
Wake Island
Other restricted regions:
Ontario Province (within Canada)
North Korea
Iran
New Zealand
Russia
Ukraine
Except for the additional Afghanistan and Pakistan rules below, the listed restrictions concern genuine current residence rather than citizenship alone. A person genuinely living elsewhere may submit truthful residence details and acceptable address evidence where the current registration flow permits an application. For example, a U.S. citizen living in Hong Kong must declare both facts accurately. Submission does not establish eligibility or guarantee approval; entity, KYC and current onboarding review still apply.
Afghanistan and Pakistan (from 14 July 2026): Registration is also unavailable when an applicant’s citizenship, current country of residence or registration phone number is associated with either country.
Opening an FXTRADING.com account is a prerequisite for using our services. If an applicable country or regional restriction prevents you from opening an account, you cannot use Social Trading, Funds Management or other services.
Australian citizens or residents can apply for a trading account, subject to the applicable account-opening and verification requirements. However, Social Trading, Funds Management and Partner services are not provided to Australian citizens or residents, and the related sections and services are not displayed in their Client Portal.
Verification and eligibility
An applicant may need to:
provide accurate personal and residential-address information;
verify an email address and mobile number;
complete identity and address verification;
complete an economic profile; and
satisfy the onboarding requirements applicable to the relevant legal entity.
Submitting an application does not guarantee that an account will be opened.
How do I check whether I can register?
Open the official FXTRADING.com registration page.
Select your actual country of residence.
Enter your own contact and personal information.
Review the entity, terms and disclosures presented to you.
Complete the verification tasks shown.
If your country is unavailable, you are redirected, or the application cannot continue, follow the availability result shown. A legal or regional restriction cannot be bypassed by changing applicant information.
Nationality and country of residence
Eligibility can depend on both your nationality and your country of residence, together with applicable law, sanctions, the FXTRADING.com entity and current onboarding rules. Nationality normally refers to citizenship or the passport you hold; country of residence is where you legally live. Enter both exactly as requested in the registration flow.
Product and programme availability
Meeting the regional requirements for opening an account does not automatically satisfy verification or other applicable product requirements. Follow the requirements and availability shown for your profile in the Client Portal.
Restriction lists can change. A location missing from a list, including British Columbia, is not thereby confirmed as eligible. Use the current official registration flow and its review result; availability of a product or programme does not establish account-opening eligibility.
Help with an application or existing account
Existing customers should sign in and contact Support through Service Hub. If you cannot access the Client Portal, use official Live Chat. Do not send identity documents through ordinary email or chat; hide document numbers and sensitive information in screenshots. Support can check the available route, but cannot guarantee eligibility or approval.
