1. If you still remember your old MT4 password:

a. Via MT4 platform

First, click on “Tools“, then “Options“. Under the “Server” tab, click on “Change password“. From here, enter your password, followed by the new password. Finally, click OK.

Via client portal：

Login to your client portal: Under ‘Manage Accounts‘, select ‘Change’ next to the trading account you would like to change password for, and input your old and new password.
