Accessing Trading Reports in MT4
Go to the "Account History" tab in the lower "Terminal" menu
Right-click to reveal a drop-down menu
Select "Save as Report" from the drop-down menu
Choose your preferred location to save the report
The report will be saved as an HTML file that you can open in any web browser
Accessing Trading Reports in MT5
Click on the "History" tab in the "Toolbox" window (press Ctrl+T if the Toolbox is not visible)
