This article covers records for ordinary MT4 and MT5 trading accounts only, such as execution prices, volumes and dates.
After an Investor subscribes to a Signal, the copied trades are executed and recorded only inside the Social Trading Investment Wallet. They never appear in MT4 or MT5 and are not synchronized to either platform.
Review them through Client Portal → Social Trading → Assets → Active / Closing / Closed, then select the subscribed Signal.
Through Trading Platforms
When using MT4 or MT5 desktop platforms, you can view your trading history in the Account History tab.
On both MT4 and MT5, trading records are not archived as they get older. You can view your trading history at any time as long as the trading account has not entered system hard dormancy.
A Live trading account enters system hard dormancy only when it has no funds and has had no trading activity for 90 consecutive days. This is an account status change, not separate archiving of its trading records.
If you're using mobile trading applications, simply tap on the History tab to see your trading activity from that device.
Email Statements
We automatically send daily and monthly account statements to your registered email address, containing comprehensive trading records for all your accounts.
