Understanding Your Transaction History

Updated over 3 months ago

Comprehensive Record of Financial Activities

The Transaction History section in your Client Portal provides a detailed record of all financial activities associated with your account. This centralized log helps you track and monitor every monetary movement, including:

  • Deposits: All funds added to your account

  • Withdrawals: All funds removed from your account

  • Transfers: Movement of funds between accounts

  • Refunds: Returns to your original payment method, particularly bank card refunds

  • Rewards: Commissions charged for specific account types (such as Raw Spread and Zero accounts)

  • Rebates: Payouts processed through the rebate system

Detailed Transaction Information

Each transaction entry contains valuable information for your reference. By clicking on any transaction, you can access a comprehensive summary that includes:

  • Invoice ID for reference purposes

  • Detailed timeline showing the progression of the transaction

  • Support option for payment-related inquiries

Transaction Status Indicators

Every transaction in your history is marked with one of three status indicators:

  • Done: The transaction has been successfully completed

  • Processing: The transaction is currently being processed and is not yet complete

  • Rejected: The transaction was canceled (reasons may vary)

These status indicators allow you to quickly identify which transactions have been completed and which may require your attention.

The Transaction History feature is designed to provide complete transparency regarding all financial activities within your account, making it easier to manage your funds and maintain accurate records for your trading activities.
