Essential Password Types
Your trading account is protected by several different types of passwords, each serving a specific purpose:
Client Portal Password
Used to log into your Client Portal
This is your main access point to manage all your trading accounts and settings
Trading Password
Each individual trading account within your Client Portal has its own trading password
Used when logging into that specific account from a trading platform
Required for placing trades and managing positions
Read-Only Access Password
Allows limited access to a trading account for a third party
All trading capabilities are disabled with this password
Should be different from your trading password for security purposes
Password Requirements and Security
All passwords must meet these security criteria:
8 to 15 characters in length
Include both uppercase and lowercase letters
Contain a combination of numbers, English letters, and special characters
Example of a strong password: GnuYoxW^8G3%JN
Important Security Notes
We strongly recommend using unique, strong passwords for all your accounts
Our service team will never ask you to provide your password
For security reasons, passwords are not sent to your email after setup
Always store your passwords in a secure location
