Protecting your trading account and financial security is our top priority. This guide provides essential security practices to safeguard your information.

Essential Security Practices

Account Protection

  • Never leave your device unattended with an open Client Portal

  • Lock your screen or log out when stepping away

  • Never ask others to create an account using your name

  • Keep your verification codes and support PIN private

  • Never share your passwords with anyone

Document Security

  • Never share your personal identity documents (ID card, passport, etc.)

  • Use only your own mobile phone and email for verification codes

  • Never share the phone number or email used for verification

Financial Safety

  • Never transfer funds to unknown bank accounts, payment cards, wallets, or crypto addresses

  • Be cautious of investment opportunities that seem too good to be true

  • Verify all payment details before completing transactions

Online Security

  • Never open suspicious links, even to check if they're legitimate

  • Be wary of phishing attempts using company branding (logos and slogans)

  • Use strong, unique passwords for your trading accounts

Recognizing Fraudulent Activity

Our team will never:

  • Request your account security information or personal identity details via text, email, or social media

  • Send links asking for sensitive information (like your trading password)

  • Offer unsolicited financial or investment opportunities

  • Ask you to download remote access software

If You Suspect Fraud

If someone contacts you claiming to be from our company:

  1. Verify the legitimacy using the guidelines above

  2. Block suspicious numbers or email addresses

  3. Leave any unofficial channels on messaging platforms

  4. Report the incident to our service team immediately

If Your Account Has Been Compromised

Take these immediate steps:

  1. Verify your security settings

    • Go to Settings → Security settings

    • Check your account's security type and registered phone numbers

    • If you don't recognize any information, contact our support team

  2. Change your password

    • Create a strong, unique password

    • Avoid using passwords you've used elsewhere

  3. Log out from other devices

    • After changing your password, log back in

    • Navigate to Security settings

    • Select "Log out from other devices" to terminate all other sessions

Our service team will continue monitoring your account and take necessary measures to protect your information once you report a security incident.
