To update your registered name on your FXTRADING.com account, please follow these steps:
Log into your Client Portal
Submit a request through the Live Chat window, or
Send an email to [email protected]
Clearly state your name change request
Required Documentation
When submitting your request, you'll need to provide:
Your full legal name both in native language and English spelling
Reason for the name change
Updated Proof of Identity (PoI) documentation
We will send you an Identity Verification URL after we receive your name change request. We will assist in updating your name information once you have finished the verification.
Special Note for Clients Migrated After September 8, 2025
If you registered before September 8, 2025, and were migrated to the new Client Portal, you have a one-time opportunity to update your local language name by:
Clicking your profile icon in the top right corner
Accessing your personal information
Verifying your name carefully before saving changes
Additionally, if you have payment methods saved in the Payout Information section that require your name in local language but currently display it in English, you also have a one-time opportunity to edit this information. Please double-check before submitting, as this is your only chance to make these changes directly.

If you discover errors after submission, you'll need to contact our customer service team, who will verify your identity before making any further changes.
