You can add, remove, or edit registered phone numbers from your Client Portal. The phone number you provided during registration is set as your primary number by default.
Adding a New Phone Number
Log into your Client Portal
Go to Settings > Security settings
Click Change under 2-step Verification
Select "New phone number" and click Next
Enter the new phone number and select "Send me a code"
Verify using your current security method
Once verified, the new number will be added and set as your security method
Important: After changing your security method, withdrawals will be disabled for 24 hours. Some payment methods may require reverification - you can request this through the Service Hub in your Transaction History tab.
Phone Number Limitations
You can add up to 5 new phone numbers per day. While there's no limit to the total number of phone numbers you can register to your account, the daily request limit applies whether your attempts are successful or not.
Removing Phone Numbers
Please note that you cannot remove or delete:
The phone number used to register your account
Any phone number set as an active security method
You also cannot change these numbers to one from a country outside your registered country.
Replacing a Lost Phone Number
If you've lost access to your registered phone number, you can reset your security method to email directly from your Client Portal without contacting support. This process requires face scan verification to complete.
