Managing Multiple Login Sessions

If you're concerned about being logged into your account on multiple devices and want to ensure security, you can easily terminate all other active sessions. Here's how:

From the Client Portal Website

  1. Log in to your Client Portal

  2. Navigate to the Settings tab

  3. Select the Security settings section

  4. Scroll down to find "Secure my account"

  5. Click on "Log out from all other devices"

  6. Confirm your action in the pop-up window

This will immediately terminate all sessions except the one you're currently using.

For Enhanced Security

After logging out other sessions, it's highly recommended to change your Client Portal password to prevent any unauthorized access in the future.
