Withdrawing Rebates via Wire Transfer

I'll guide you through the process of withdrawing your rebates using wire transfers from your Partner Portal.

English Version

Wire transfers are available for Partners in selected countries. Please check your Partner Portal to see if this payment method is available to you.

Note: Wire transfers are not available if your identity verification document is from a country where this payment method is not supported.

Here's how to withdraw your rebates via wire transfer:

  1. Log into your Partner Portal

  2. Click on your balance in the top right corner, then click "Withdraw"

  3. Under the Withdrawal tab, select "Wire transfers"

  4. Choose the Partner account to withdraw from and enter the withdrawal amount, then click "Continue"

  5. Review the transaction summary displayed

  6. Validate the withdrawal action through your security verification method

  7. Complete the form with your bank details and beneficiary address

  8. Click "Confirm" to submit your request

  9. You'll see a confirmation screen when the withdrawal request is complete

Once processed, the funds will appear in your bank account.

How long will the withdrawal take?

Processing and delivery times depend on the current request, payment method, provider, receiving institution, local calendars and any required review. Check the current status, action message and displayed estimate in Transaction History. If the record fails, requires action, or is past its displayed estimate, contact Customer Support with the request reference and exact status. Do not submit a duplicate request while the existing record remains active.

Monitor the current status and any action message in Transaction History. Do not submit a duplicate request while an earlier withdrawal remains active.
