How to Deposit Funds via Bank Wire Transfer

To deposit funds into your trading account using a bank wire transfer, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Client Portal using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Deposit: Click on Deposit in the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Select Currency: Choose the currency for your wire transfer (e.g., SGD).

  4. Choose Trading Account: Select the trading account where you want the funds to be deposited once we receive the wire transfer.

  5. Select Payment Method: Choose International Bank as your payment method. You will be automatically redirected to the next page.

  6. Enter Transfer Amount: On the new page, enter the exact amount you are transferring. Important: Ensure this matches the final amount shown on your bank wire transfer receipt.

  7. Confirm Transaction: Click "Confirm Transaction" to proceed.

  8. Review Important Notice: A pop-up window will appear with important information about the bank wire transfer process and key points to note. Please read carefully, then click "I Accept".

  9. View Bank Wire Transfer Information: On the new page, you will see complete bank wire transfer details, including:

    • SWIFT Code

    • Beneficiary account number

    • Beneficiary bank name

    • Bank address

    • Beneficiary name and address

    • Confirmation of your deposit amount and target account

  10. Complete the Transfer: Using your mobile banking app or by visiting your bank in person, complete the wire transfer using the information provided on this page.

  11. Upload Transfer Receipt: After completing the wire transfer, take a screenshot or download the transfer receipt. Upload this document (screenshot or PDF file) in the "Upload Transfer Receipt" section.

Important Note: If you take an extended time to complete the wire transfer at your bank or via mobile banking, the page may expire upon refresh. Don't worry—you can repeat the above steps. Just ensure you upload your wire transfer receipt to complete the process.
