This article covers wire-transfer deposits you send to FXTRADING.com. Instructions may depend on your entity, region, currency and available transfer method. For each deposit, start a new flow in the Client Portal and use the beneficiary details generated for that deposit.
FXTRADING.com currently maintains accounts with 3 physical banks to receive wire transfers from clients in over 140 countries and regions worldwide: DBS Bank Singapore, National Australia Bank Sydney, and Maybank Singapore.
However, we dynamically allocate incoming wire transfers based on real-time demand flow and the currency options selected by clients. Therefore, we do not support clients specifying which bank to wire funds to.
We strongly discourage habitual wire transfer behavior — such as saving the recipient bank information from your first wire transfer and reusing it for subsequent transfers.
The current accepted approach: Each time you deposit by wire transfer, start a new deposit flow and use only the bank details shown in the official signed-in flow immediately before the transfer, because details or routing can change. Following these steps does not guarantee bank acceptance, matching, credit, or timing. Keep the receipt, reference, and displayed details, and do not repeat the transfer while the first record remains active.
