Creating Trading Accounts

Clients can create trading accounts at any time, even before completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This applies to both live accounts and demo accounts.

Troubleshooting Missing New Accounts

Sometimes after creating a new trading account, it may not immediately appear in your account list. This issue typically occurs due to:

  • Network connectivity problems

  • Server data synchronization delays

Resolution Steps

If your newly created trading account doesn't appear in your account list:

  1. Contact our customer service team immediately

  2. Our team will synchronize your account data with the server

  3. Your trading account will then appear in your account list
