A trading account may be in a different account category, still being created, archived, expired or associated with another FXTRADING.com profile.
Check the account list
Confirm that you signed in with the email address linked to the account.
Open Accounts in the Client Portal.
Check the live, demo and archived categories.
Clear any filter and sort by newest or account number.
Refresh the page and sign out and back in once.
Newly created accounts
If account creation was just completed, check for a confirmation and wait for the Client Portal to finish updating. Do not repeatedly create new accounts merely because the first account is not immediately visible.
Archived or expired accounts
Open the archived category and select the account to see its status and any available reactivation action. Live and demo accounts can have different lifecycle rules. Use the status shown for the specific account rather than assuming a fixed inactivity period.
A demo account that has expired or been removed may need to be recreated. A live account can be subject to different actions depending on its balance, activity and current status.
The account is still missing
Contact FXTRADING.com and provide:
the trading account number, if known;
MT4 or MT5;
live or demo status;
account type and currency;
approximate creation or last-access date; and
a redacted screenshot of the account list.
Never provide a trading password, Client Portal password or one-time code.
