Account categories

The page can organise accounts into categories such as:

  • live trading accounts;

  • demo trading accounts; and

  • archived accounts.

Select the relevant category and use the available list, card, filter or sort controls to find an account.

Information shown for a trading account

Depending on the account, the page may show:

  • nickname and account number;

  • MT4 or MT5;

  • account type and base currency;

  • balance, equity and unrealised profit or loss;

  • leverage and margin information;

  • assigned server; and

  • current account status.

Values can be converted when the portal displays a combined total in a single reporting currency. A combined total is an overview and does not mean that every balance is held in that currency or is immediately withdrawable.

Available actions

Open the account or its action menu to see the controls currently available. These may include:

  • deposit or withdrawal;

  • transfer;

  • trading-platform access;

  • account rename;

  • password management;

  • leverage change; and

  • archive or reactivation actions.

The presence of an action does not guarantee that a request will be eligible. Review the confirmation, limits and status shown before submitting.

Wallets

Where applicable, the portal may also show an Investment Wallet or Partner Wallet. Open the wallet to review its balance, transaction records and currently available actions.

When should I contact FXTRADING.com?

Contact FXTRADING.com if an expected account or wallet is missing, a displayed balance cannot be reconciled with its transaction history, or an action fails without a clear message.

Provide the account or wallet reference, displayed status, relevant timestamps and a redacted screenshot. Never provide a password or one-time code.
