Use the server assigned to your trading account. The exact server name is shown in the FXTRADING.com Client Portal and in the account-creation confirmation.
Sign in to an existing account
Open the official MT4 or MT5 mobile app.
Select Login to an existing account.
Search for the exact server assigned to the account.
Select that server.
Enter the trading account number and trading password.
Do not select Open a demo account when you are trying to access an account already created through FXTRADING.com.
Confirm the account details
In the FXTRADING.com Client Portal, open the trading account and check:
MT4 or MT5;
live or demo status;
account number; and
assigned server.
An MT4 account cannot be opened in MT5, and an MT5 account cannot be opened in MT4. Do not guess the server from another account because different accounts can use different servers.
If the server still does not appear
Confirm that the app was downloaded from an official app store.
Check the internet connection and try another trusted network.
Restart the app and search again using the exact server name.
Update the app to the current version.
Remove and reinstall the app only after confirming that you have the correct account details and password.
Do not disable device security controls merely to connect to a trading server.
When should I contact FXTRADING.com?
Contact FXTRADING.com if the Client Portal does not show a server, the assigned server cannot be found, or the account is rejected despite using the correct platform and details.
Provide the account number, platform, server shown, device type, app version and exact error. Never provide a password or one-time code.
