Tracking Your Withdrawal Status and Timeline

Follow a withdrawal through Transaction History, interpret each processing or delivery stage, review applicable timing estimates, and recognize when to contact the Customer Support Team.

Use Transaction History in the FXTRADING.com Client Portal. The transaction record and its action message are the sources for your account-specific status.

Find the withdrawal

  1. Sign in to the Client Portal.

  2. Open Transaction History .

  3. Filter the list to show withdrawals.

  4. Select the relevant withdrawal.

  5. Review its reference, source, destination, amount, currency, timestamps, status, estimate and any action message shown.

  6. Check your registered email for a related notification.

If you received an email but cannot find the matching record, contact support. Do not submit a duplicate request.

What does the displayed stage mean?

The exact status wording can vary by payout method and portal version. Use the description or action message shown with your transaction.

Request received or awaiting review

FXTRADING.com has recorded the request, but processing has not finished. This does not mean that funds have been sent.

Action required

The request needs information, verification or a correction. Complete only the action shown through the secure Client Portal or an official FXTRADING.com request.

Processing or handling in progress

The request is being processed by FXTRADING.com or the payment provider. This stage does not mean that the receiving account has been credited.

Approved, sent or completed

Read the transaction's accompanying message carefully. Approval can occur before sending, and sending can occur before the receiving bank, card issuer, wallet, blockchain or payment provider credits the funds.

If the receiving account already has the funds but the Client Portal still shows an in-progress stage, do not create another request. Contact support if the record does not update or prevents a new action.

Rejected or failed

Open the record and follow the stated reason or action. A provider can also reject a payment after FXTRADING.com sends it; that return must be traced separately.

Cancelled

The request was stopped before completion. Check the source account or wallet and Transaction History. Contact support if the requested amount does not become available as expected.

Returned or reversed

The receiving provider could not complete the payment or sent it back. Wait for the return to be confirmed in the Client Portal before creating a replacement request.

Why did my available funds change after I submitted the withdrawal?

After a withdrawal request is recorded, the requested amount may no longer be available for trading or another withdrawal while the request is handled. This prevents the same funds from being used more than once.

The way the amount appears in balance, equity, margin or available-funds fields can depend on the source account and platform. Check the withdrawal record and the source account or wallet; do not treat a balance or available-funds change as proof that the receiving provider has been paid.

If the request reaches a final rejected, cancelled or returned state but the expected amount does not become available, contact support. Do not submit a replacement request until the earlier request and any provider return are resolved.

How long will the withdrawal take?

Processing and delivery times depend on the current request, payment method, provider, receiving institution, local calendars and any required review. Check the current status, action message and displayed estimate in Transaction History. If the record fails, requires action, or is past its displayed estimate, contact Customer Support with the request reference and exact status. Do not submit a duplicate request while the existing record remains active.

Monitor the current status and any action message in Transaction History. Do not submit a duplicate request while an earlier withdrawal remains active.

Does a submission cut-off guarantee same-day processing?

No. Some payout methods use processing cycles or provider operating periods. Submitting before a displayed cut-off may affect the intended processing cycle, but it does not guarantee approval, same-day sending or same-day receipt.

Use the cut-off, processing estimate and action message displayed for the current transaction. These details can change between requests.

Which time zone and business day apply?

Non-MetaTrader system timing uses GMT+0, with the system day changing at 00:00 GMT+0. Third-party providers use their own local business calendars for their delivery stage.

The human Customer Support Team is available Monday through Friday, 09:00–22:00 GMT+8 (Beijing, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia time). Outside these hours, Fin AI handles chat and can provide general information and basic troubleshooting. Account-specific reviews that require a human team continue during staffed hours.
