Understanding Apple Private Relay Emails and Client Portal Login Issues

Troubleshoot Apple private relay login failures by using your registered email address and learn what to do if your account already uses a relay address.

Apple's "Hide My Email" feature generates private relay email addresses (ending with @privaterelay.appleid.com) to protect your privacy. While this feature is great for online privacy, it creates login problems with your FXTRADING.com Client Portal.

Why You Shouldn't Use Apple Private Relay Emails for Client Portal Login

What are privaterelay.appleid.com addresses?

These are anonymous email addresses created through Apple's privacy service that forward messages to your actual email address. They typically look like random characters followed by @privaterelay.appleid.com.

Why they cause login problems:

When you attempt to log in to your Client Portal using Apple ID with a private relay email:

  • Our system cannot match the private relay address to your registered email

  • This results in authentication failures

  • Your account access is blocked

How do I avoid login issues?

  1. When using Apple ID to log in, do not select the "Hide My Email" option

  2. Always use your actual email address that was used during registration

  3. If you already set up an account with a private relay address and can sign in, open Service Hub, select Create Ticket, and choose Account and Security. If you cannot sign in, use official Live Chat to request account-access assistance.

For secure and trouble-free access to your FXTRADING.com Client Portal, always use your actual email address when logging in with Apple ID.
