After a security change

The Client Portal may apply a temporary security restriction to sensitive actions such as withdrawals or changes to payout details. If a restriction applies, the portal should display the affected action, time or condition and next step.

Do not submit repeated requests or make further changes merely to clear the restriction. Review any security notification sent to your registered email.

If you no longer have access to the registered method

Use the recovery option displayed on the sign-in or security page. You may be asked to complete an identity or face-verification step. Use only the official FXTRADING.com Client Portal.

If an attempt limit is reached

Stop retrying and follow the availability time or recovery action shown in the message. Attempt limits can depend on the action and current security state.

When should I contact FXTRADING.com?

Contact FXTRADING.com if no recovery method is available, the registered information is incorrect, you did not authorise a change, or a displayed restriction remains after its stated condition has ended.

Provide the type and approximate time of the change, the exact message and a redacted screenshot. Never provide a password or one-time code.
