Why is my email address not accepted during registration?

FXTRADING.com checks whether an email address can be used for registration and important account communications. An address can be rejected because of its format, availability, type or current validation result.

Check for a typing error

  • Confirm the part before and after the @ symbol.

  • Check the domain spelling, such as gmail.com or outlook.com.

  • Remove accidental spaces.

  • Enter the same address again rather than relying on autofill.

Use an address you control

Use an active individual email address that you can access. Do not use:

  • a temporary or disposable address;

  • an address that belongs to another person;

  • a shared inbox when the registration flow requires an individual address; or

  • an address that cannot receive verification, security and account messages.

What if the email address is already registered?

Do not create another profile. Use Forgot password on the official sign-in page and follow the instructions sent to the registered email address.

If you no longer have access to that address, contact FXTRADING.com for the secure account-recovery process.

What if a valid address is still rejected?

Try again after confirming the spelling and that the mailbox can receive messages. If the issue continues, contact FXTRADING.com and provide:

  • the email address you attempted to use;

  • the date and time of the attempt, including time zone;

  • the exact error message; and

  • a screenshot that does not expose a password or one-time code.

FXTRADING.com can review the registration result but cannot guarantee that every email address or domain will be accepted.

Security reminder

Use a unique password for the Client Portal. Never send a password or one-time code to support, and do not complete registration through an unexpected link.
