Client Portal Navigation Guide

Learn how to use the Client Portal left navigation and upper-right controls to manage accounts, funding, security, notifications, services and your profile.

Use the persistent left navigation and the upper-right controls in the Client Portal to reach account, funding, trading-service, security, notification and support functions.

Accounts and funding

  • Accounts: Review Live accounts, Demo accounts and Archived accounts.

  • Deposit: Start a deposit using a method currently available to your profile.

  • Withdrawal: Submit and review withdrawal requests.

  • Transfer: Move eligible funds between available accounts or wallets.

  • Transaction History: Review the status, reference and available action for supported transactions.


Trading services and account information

  • Social Trading: Access investor activity under Assets and Signal Provider functions under My Signals.

  • Funds Management: Access the investor or Fund Manager functions available to your role.

  • Analytics and Performance: Review the information available for your profile and accounts.

  • Trading Conditions: Review account-specific conditions and available controls.


Security, documents and payout details

  • Security: Manage your Client Portal password, two-factor authentication and devices.

  • Agreements: Review the agreements available for your profile.

  • Payout details: Review and manage payout destinations currently available to your profile.


Help and support

Open Service Hub from the left navigation. Use Search help to find Help Center content, Create Ticket to submit a support request, My support tickets to review submitted tickets, or Download Center to obtain supported installers.


Upper-right controls

Depending on the current Client Portal build and your profile, the upper-right area can provide:

  • the currently displayed wallet or balance selector;

  • the Notification Center bell for recent notifications;

  • display or theme controls;

  • language selection;

  • a services or feature grid; and

  • profile access.

The functions displayed can depend on your profile, region, legal entity, product access and account status. Use the labels and instructions shown in your current Client Portal.
